How do tokens work?

Tokens are spent each time you request an AI reading. Single Card readings cost 1 token, Three Card and The Mirror spreads cost 2 tokens, and the Celtic Cross costs 3 tokens. New users receive tokens to get started. Additional tokens can be purchased in the Emporium.

What is Sky Arcana Pro?

Pro is a subscription that removes token requirements so you can do unlimited readings. It also unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are managed through Apple and can be cancelled anytime in your Apple ID settings.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On iPhone: go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Sky Arcana. On Android: go to Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Sky Arcana. We cannot cancel or modify subscriptions on your behalf.

Can I get a refund?

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com and follow Apple's refund process.

Where is my data stored?

Your journal entries, reading history, birth date, and settings are stored only on your device. We do not store your personal data on our servers. Deleting the app removes all your data.

How do I set up my birth chart?

Go to your Profile and enter your birth date. This unlocks your sun sign and personalizes your horoscope, moon transits, and reading context.

What spreads are available?

Sky Arcana includes 10 spreads — from quick single-card pulls and Yes / No draws to multi-card spreads like Three Card, The Mirror, Celtic Cross, The Horseshoe, and more. Each spread has a different token cost based on its depth.

The app isn't working as expected — what should I do?

Try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, delete and reinstall — your local data will be reset, but any Pro subscription or App Store purchases will be restorable. If you're still stuck, contact us below.
