Sky Arcana is designed for entertainment, reflection, and personal exploration only. Readings generated by the app are powered by artificial intelligence and are not predictions of future events.

Sky Arcana does not require account creation. Your journal entries and personal data are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and the data stored on it.
You retain ownership of any content you create within the app, including journal entries and saved readings. By using the reading feature, you grant us a limited license to process your input (questions, mood, spread selection) through our AI service for the purpose of generating your reading.
Tokens are consumed each time you request a reading:
New users receive 20 tokens to start. Additional tokens can be purchased within the app.
Sky Arcana Pro is a subscription that removes token requirements and unlocks additional features. Subscriptions are managed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's subscription terms.

Readings are generated by artificial intelligence and may occasionally produce inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated reading.
AI-generated readings reflect patterns in training data and tarot tradition — they are not authored by human readers and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
All app content, design, graphics, and code are the property of Sky Arcana and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.
Card back designs and collectible themes are proprietary assets of Sky Arcana.
Sky Arcana is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the app or any feature at any time without notice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sky Arcana and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to decisions made based on AI-generated readings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
